Return and Refund Policy

Returns 

Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): Alpaca Lane Criations, 15430 Mount Calvert Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. 

 Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Email AlpacaLaneCriations1@gmail.com with your return request and order number if purchased online, or a copy of your receipt if purchased on site. Please include your name, number, and brief item description you want to return. Once you receive a confirmation email of your submitted return request you can then mail the item to Alpaca Lane Criations and pay the necessary postage. 

Refunds 

Refunds for Goods - Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. 

Refunds for Services - We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows: 

- The services will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided. In the event of inclement weather services will be rescheduled for the next available time convenient time for all parties.
